F978 Lounge Chair from Artifort

Geoffrey Harcourt designed the F978 in 1968. Production of the chair was resumed in 2006, slightly altering the base. The hard white or black polyurethane shell and the polished aluminium disk base are the chief characteristics of this model. The chair is exceptionally comfortable, with a beautiful contrast between the materials. All in all, an elegant interplay of lines.
